Ms. Saunders embarked on a quest to learn all that she could about the power of live foods and how she could introduce this health supportive life energy to others.  In 2003 Veronica attended Alissa Cohen’s Raw Food Workshop the following year she attended and completed Alissa Cohen’s Raw Food Chef Training Class; through which she became a Certified Raw Food Chef & Trainer.
